Healthy Toddler Dinner Ideas

As a health and fitness coach, one of my biggest questions is how I get my toddler and children to eat what I eat at dinnertime. While it can still be a struggle at times, I have found many healthy recipes they devour with a smile. I have decided to share those recipes with you in hopes that you, too, have the same success. I have written them in order from the most popular to the least.

The Clingy Baby

Our youngest daughter just turned 17 months old. She is a beautiful little girl with a heart of gold. She loves everyone and knows what she likes and doesn’t like in life at this time. Like, for instance, she knows that she would like to be held by Momma 24/7. Now we know that it isn’t possible for me to do that but to her…THAT is the ONLY way she would like to spend her day. I’m not sure if my parents warned me against too much television or if they were oblivious…but I have several pictures of me as a child propped in front of the tv smiling at the camera. Don’t get me wrong, I am not faulting my parents…they always had my best intention in mind, but I do feel they were young and naive to the effects of too much tv on my development.

Weaning Your Baby from the Bottle or Breastfeeding

So Tawny, our youngest, turns one in just a couple of weeks and for some reason, I was having a hard time remembering how to wean her from the bottle (or breastfeeding if you are doing that). You would think I would remember having done this twice before but honestly I couldn’t recall. I sat down and did some research and thought I would share it with all of you as well.
